WEDDINGS
I have been photographing weddings professionally, for over 14 years. Being a London based wedding photographer, I am fortunate to have photographed weddings from a diverse range of ethnic cultures, which include Christian, Sikh, Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, Jewish and Greek, along with a number of Civil Partnerships.
Below is a list of common frequently asked questions which should, hopefully, answer any queries you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your particular wedding and obtain a quote.
FAQ's
Q. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
A. Yes, all images that I submit to my clients are edited and adjusted to enhance the image, without them looking overly ‘photoshopped’
A. All of my packages come with the high resolution images for printing. You will have shared copyright with ‘Front Page Photography’. This means that you will have the rights to reproduce the images in any way you choose but ‘Front Page Photography’ still has the rights to use the images for promotional material, advertising and displays etc.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE BOOK YOU AND YOU BECOME SICK?
A. I have been photographing weddings for over ten years and I’ve yet to miss one, even when cursed with the dreaded Man-Flu! However, having said that, life happens and I think it’s best to be prepared. In the unlikely scenario that I can’t be there to photograph your wedding, I have a network of other photographers who I can call upon to take my place. I am also a member of a professional trade body, so I have their extensive list of photographers I could call upon if absolutely necessary
A. It normally takes between 2 to 4 weeks following the wedding, to edit and get the images to you
Q. DO YOU DESIGN THE WEDDING ALBUM AND CAN I CHOOSE THE IMAGES FOR IT?
A. If you decide you would like an album, you would choose the images to be included. I then design the album and send you the proof pages, so you can request changes before I send it off to print
A. I usually work alone. However, occasionally. I may have a photography student with me who wishes to learn the art of wedding photography. A trained ‘second shooter’ can be included in your package for a reasonable price
A. Definitely. Any wedding photographer worth their salt should have at least two professional camera bodies and an array of lenses. I carry two cameras, multiple flashguns and lenses and plenty of other equipment in my camera cases, including professional ‘studio’ lighting which can be used indoors in the case of inclement weather
A. Yes. I hold both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurances
Q. CAN YOU SUPPLY US WITH A PHOTOBOOTH?
A. Yes, I can supply a version of a photobooth, which I like to call the 'Photo Lounge'. This takes the form of a photo studio, with background and studio lighting. Images taken are presented, in mounts, printed in one of two available sizes
A. My wedding packages start at £395 for short duration, mid-week, out of season weddings and each package includes:
- An informal Pre-wedding photoshoot with 5 free digital images
- A beautifully presented 8gb jewelled, heart-shaped USB containing a minimum of 300 colour images retouched, in high resolution with the rights to print and share images for your personal use
